Step 3: Enter an Unshipable Product Size
Scroll down to the Shipping and Download Information section and locate the Shipping Dimensions area:
Enter in 99x99x99 as the Shipping Dimensions. This size is not shippable by ordinary carriers like UPS, FedEx, etc. It triggers an automatic “Do Not Ship” state.
Don't be put off by the terms “Unshipable” or “Do Not Ship”; they are just there to block the customer from trying to ship something which needs special consideration.
